If you are an administrator for a recognized 501c3 non-profit organization and if that non-profit organization fiscal year ended on Dec 31st - you need to file Form 990 or 990-N within 90 days with the IRS. You can complete and file form 990-N electronically at http://epostcard.form990.org/
